Regarding GDPR

Hi everyone,

due to the General Data Protection Regulation going into effect on May 25/2018, here are our privacy policies.

Please keep in mind that we are presenting them in a very simple manner which will allow everyone to understand them. So as to accomplish the aforementioned approach, we will follow a Q-A format.

The GDPR requires us to provide certain information to our buyers which are reflected in the following questions:

- the personal information that we collect?

Basically only the needed info to send you our products via post, your phone so as for the postal service to be able to contact you, in case you are not around, and your email so as for us to get in touch with you.

- the legal bases we rely on to collect, use, and share personal information?

to collect the data, its the same bases that everyone uses, Online Stores included.

How we use that? We do NOT spam... that is our policy; be it here on Official Online Store, be it on our forums or our Website.

We DO NOT share your data (with the exception if the CIA etc. comes knocking on our door and asks for your info... in this case, take it to the US president)!

- the third parties with whom we share personal information?

With none!!! It is your personal data and we highly value privacy; in this case YOUR privacy!

- the length of time we keep personal information?
For as long as we are around. If you would like for us to delete your data, just contact us and we will delete it.

- if transferring personal information outside of Europe (for example, if we move our business to the United States and continue to sell to buyers in Europe, or use a third-party provider located outside of Europe, or use Google Cloud to host some of our buyers’ information), how the transfer will be handled?

Guys, we are pros. We have already sorted everything out, we use pro servers and no Google cloud etc. We have covered that ground already. Hence, no personal data moving around.

- our buyers’ rights regarding the use of their personal information?

Seriously? Guys, this is YOUR personal information; hence, you have every damn right on your own data!

- how our buyers can contact us with privacy-related requests?

1. Contact us through our Website’s Official Contact form here:

Official Contact Form

2. Visit our website: https://www.ancientgreecereloaded.com/
go to our forums and talk to us in real time, post your concerns in the relevant section or PM the administrator.

3. Go to our Official Online Store here: Official Online Store   and use the contact form.

We believe that should cover everything.

Thank you guys for your patience while reading through all this.
